The aim of The Theatre Shed is to inspire, innovate & include through the medium of Performing Arts. The workshops are singing, dancing & acting based depending on requirements at the time & can be working towards a show or purely skill based. The children & young adults are encouraged & led by their mentors but come up with & develop their ideas with the freedom of self-expression. The Theatre Shed works with mainstream, disabled and learning disabled participants producing excellent, thought provoking challenging and, above all, entertaining theatre.
The inclusive Theatre workshops are at the Beacon School (5 Amersham Road, Chesham Bois, HP6 5PF) once a week.

The Theatre Shed at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
For the first time in The Theatre Sheds 13 years of life, the company went on tour in 2018. From Brighton Fringe Festival to Edinburgh Fringe Festival, we had wonderful reviews and feedback. It was an incredible experience for our Youth Theatre Members.
We have an amazing opportunity to do it all again this year with our 2019 show CapeAbility
